Refund Policy

At Irya, my greatest wish is for you to adore your new handcrafted bag. Each piece is made with immense care and passion. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
1. Initiating a Return
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To start the return process, please contact me directly by email at info@irya.ch. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email. I will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

Unused and in its original, pristine condition.

In the original packaging, including any dust bags, magnet boxes or tags.

Returned within the specified timeframe.
I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for a return or refund:

Custom or Bespoke Orders: Any bag that has been personalized or created as a special commission is final sale.

Items on Final Sale: Any product marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Gift Cards.
4. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
I highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your return. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to me.
5. Receiving and Processing Your Refund
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received it. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment1 (e.g., your credit card). Please allow for a certain number of days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary between payment providers.
