The operator of this Website is Irya, run by Saloni Soin, located at Vogelmatt 3, 6216 Mauensee, Switzerland ("we," "us," "our").

  • Handcrafted Nature: Each Irya bag is meticulously handcrafted. Due to this artisanal process, slight variations in stitching, color, and dimensions may occur. These minor variations are not defects but are intrinsic to the unique character of a handmade item.

  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing and Availability: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.

3. Orders, Payment, and Order Acceptance

  • Order Process: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

  • Payment: Full payment must be received for an order before it is processed and dispatched. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

All content present on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the design of the bags themselves (including the 'Colette', 'Salbei', 'Bobble', 'Apex' and other models), is the exclusive property of Irya (Saloni Soin) and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. No part of the Website or its content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Irya bag. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You must contact us at info@irya.ch to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

    • Gift cards.

    • Items on final sale.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucerne, Switzerland.
